Is my SIP investment in HDFC Top 200 and HDFC Equity fund right

HDFC Equity Fund and HDFC Top 200 Fund have delivered very good long term returns but their performance in the recent past has not been that great! Due to this ratings agencies have also downgraded them.

Having said that these two schemes belong to one of the best fund houses in the country and managed by one the best fund manager in the asset management business.

I think, if you want to continue with these two schemes then you have to be really patient and wait for long term returns to come. In case you do not want to do that, then you might as well choose some other scheme from the equity diversified fund category as given below –
